The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating construction contractor activities while working closely with Chief Inspectors, Resident Engineers, and Contractor Superintendents to ensure work is performed per project requirements, maintain staffing levels, and meet environmental expectations, including schedule, maintenance and agency requirements.

The Project Manager will verify the scheduling of all time-sensitive activities at weekly meetings with the contractors' superintendent, attend project-related meetings, and act as a liaison between the Contractor, Chief Inspector, and Manager of Construction.

If an EH&S incident occurs, the PM receives all documentation from the Chief Inspector and provides it to the internal Safety Supervisor.

The Project Manager will perform quality control of As-Built drawings for final approval, manage the RFI/Change Order process, and produce job completion reports. The RFI/Change Order process includes:

• Managing RFI and Change Order logs
• Generating change directives
• Reviewing contractor requested changes
• Preparing approved change orders
• Reviewing and approving inspection timesheets
• Preparing job completion reports

The position acts as representative of the Company and is expected to establish a professional business relationship with contractors, suppliers, vendors, other stakeholders, and Company personnel.

The position is required to act in an ethical manner and should be aware of Company policies regarding work ethics, including but not limited to gifts, entertainment, trips, etc., offered by contractors, vendors, suppliers, or other stakeholders.
