We're seeking a seasoned Men's Senior Designer to lead concept-to-execution across denim and lifestyle apparel. You'll set seasonal direction (color, fabric, washes, trims, graphics/prints, silhouettes), ensure the broader collection ties back to denim, and partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver elevated, on-brand product on calendar.
How You'll Contribute- Own the design process from concept, color, washes, special treatments/finishes, trims (embroidery, appliqué, piping), print direction, and silhouette through final product execution.
- Work closely with fashion design partners to ensure the full collection ties cohesively back to denim.
- Shop the market and identify current trends in color, fabric, trim, silhouette, and graphics/prints; translate insights into mix-and-match denim assortments.
- Conduct thorough market research, including competitive analysis and benchmarking.
- Ensure all product aligns with brand identity and broader market trends.
- Direct seasonal concept/color/washes/treatments/print/pattern/silhouette direction with a strong creative point of view.
- Collaborate with design & print/graphics teams to deliver a clear, elevated seasonal vision.
- Execute trend presentations each season—creative sample rigging, mood boards, and theme direction—partnering with the VP of Design and Merchandiser.
- Partner with the sample room and local vendors to build presentation samples to meet deliverables.
- Work with technical design and production to approve and ensure quality/fit across all product.
- Initiate and actively develop new denim concepts and product categories.
- Follow up on fabric and trim orders to keep the calendar on track.
- 8+ years of related design experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or Fine Arts.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and sketching/CAD.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong merchandising sense, concept and color vision, and design aesthetic.
- Advanced conceptual graphics and print sensibility.
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
