We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across the entire marketing ecosystem. This person will create impactful visual work for both digital and physical touchpoints, balancing brand consistency with evolving creative trends. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually curious, comfortable moving quickly, and skilled at designing for every stage of the customer experience.

• Create compelling creative assets for web, email, social, paid media, retail, print, product storytelling, and apparel.
• Develop concepts and visual systems that clearly communicate product, campaign, and brand messaging.
• Support projects ranging from landing pages and wireframes to catalogs, signage, sell sheets, and promotional materials.
• Use AI-powered creative tools as part of an efficient, modern design process.
• Partner closely with creative and cross-functional teams, contributing ideas during reviews, brainstorms, and working sessions.
• Prepare polished, production-ready files that meet print and digital specifications.
• Keep design files, assets, and versioning organized and easy to access.
• Manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality work on schedule.
• Protect and strengthen brand standards across every channel.
• Stay current on visual trends, emerging tools, and best practices in design and marketing.

You have at least three years of professional design experience, ideally within an in-house creative team. You are skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and AI image-generation or editing platforms is strongly valued.

You are a dependable, collaborative designer with strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail. You enjoy solving visual challenges, take ownership of your work, and can stay organized in a fast-moving environment. Familiarity with print production, color matching, proofing, separations, and Pantone standards is a plus.
