This role involves strengthening relationships with current clients, addressing concerns to prevent cancellations, and supporting clients on their financial journey. Ideal candidates are motivated, coachable, and skilled in communication and customer service.

- Fluent in English and Spanish
Full-time, 8-hour day shifts (Mon–Fri), in person.
