Wave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center is an aggressively growing Aesthetic Clinic, specializing in advanced anti‑aging techniques, plastic surgery, and non‑invasive cosmetic treatments. Led by our founder, Dr. Peter Lee, a trainer/instructor to fellow plastic surgeons both nationally and internationally, we currently have 4 surgeons and operate 5 locations in California.

We are looking to add a highly motivated and experienced Patient Concierge to our plastic surgery center. Great opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer service! The Patient Concierge is an important first-line of contact with our customers, setting the tone for how our Clinic services are experienced. They are the ones who will subsequently convert inquiries into in‑person consultations. A Patient Concierge must also be able to effectively handle complaints to ensure questions and issues are resolved both promptly and accurately by efficiently gathering information, assessing and fulfilling the caller’s needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing outstanding service and maintaining strong professional relationships with patients via telephone
  • Responsible for receiving, originating, and scheduling appointments for Consultations and Treatments in each of our Offices
  • Convert phone inquiries into in‑Office Consultations
  • Collect customers’ feedback from on/off line channels on a daily basis and enter feedback into our database and update it accordingly.
  • Courteously and promptly resolves patient concerns or refer to appropriate personnel
  • Monitor customers’ feedback/inquiries from on/off line channels and follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve problems
Job Requirements
  • Possess the ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast paced, high volume work environment
  • Must be willing to learn/work under pressure
  • Must have a pleasant, cheerful phone voice
  • Must be well‑spoken and able to speak clearly
  • Proficient in Windows/Microsoft Office
  • Highly accurate and detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required:
    Spanish, Korean, Mandarin

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
