Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives/ Bilingual Spanish to join their client's dynamic team in Santa Ana, California. This role is essential for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform outbound calls to schedule patients for health screenings.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.

Maintaining and updating customer records to ensure accuracy.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Adapting to various customer situations and providing appropriate solutions.

Ensuring all interactions align with company standards and policies.

Providing feedback on customer interactions to enhance service processes.

Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service/sales role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
