Auto Parts & Customer Service Specialist – Join Our Family at Euro Car Doctor

Are you passionate about cars, customer service, and teamwork? We’re looking for a motivated Auto Parts & Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team at Euro Car Doctor.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the service advisor and the shop team with everything from customer service to parts management—and be part of a family-like culture where honesty, positivity, and teamwork come first.

• Provide excellent customer service & sales support.
• Order and return parts, reconcile invoices, and track parts savings.
• Assist with dispatching jobs to technicians.
• Keep the shop organized and stocked (waiting room, restroom supplies, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, and management.

• Strong sales & customer service skills.
• Excellent organization & time management.
• Clear and professional communication.
• Proven teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Automotive service/parts experience (preferred, not required).
• Positive, drama-free attitude (we thrive on solutions, not conflict).

• $25 – $35/hour (based on experience)
• Monthly bonus for parts savings
• Full-time | 40 hours per week | Day shift
