About the Role:We are seeking professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for candidates with call center or high-volume customer service experience who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- 1-3+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling high call volume in an office setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused
- Stable, professional office environment
