Customer Service Representative Associate – Japanese Bilingual

Work Hour：Monday through Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

1-hour unpaid lunch break

Saraly：＄22.50-＄27.50（DOE）

We are seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Customer Service Representative Associate to join the Insurance Division of a well-established company.

This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to build a career in customer service and insurance while utilizing both Japanese and English on a daily basis.

Previous customer service experience is not required. Candidates with general office or professional work experience are welcome to apply.

• Provide customer support by phone and email in both Japanese and English
• Request documents and gather necessary information from insurance providers and related parties
• Assist with insurance claim processing
• Enter and maintain customer and claim information accurately
• Provide general administrative support related to insurance operations
• Communicate with internal teams and external contacts as needed

• Japanese:
  Fluent / professional-level speaking, reading, and writing
• English:
  Fluent / professional-level speaking, reading, and writing

• Basic proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Comfortable using email and internet-based systems
• Typing speed of approximately 30 WPM or higher

• 1–3 years of general work experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience is not required
• Candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers are encouraged to apply
