Okamoto Orthodontics in Costa Mesa, CA is looking for a friendly and organized Orthodontic Front Office team member to be the welcoming face of our practice! • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming front office experience
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the orthodontic treatment calendar efficiently
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with patients and families
• Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and insurance information
• Verify dental/orthodontic insurance benefits and assist with billing and claims
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in practice management software
• Coordinate new patient consultations and assist with treatment plan presentations

• Previous dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dolphin, Dentrix, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of dental or orthodontic insurance verification and billing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and a positive team player
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required
