Pay Rate $20.38/hour
These positions are part-time for on‑call or as needed workers at the central production kitchen or school kitchen locations. Substitutes perform duties required for production and serving of meals to students in order to support the nutrition program offered to the students and staff of the Kent School District.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have the ability to maintain accurate records and handle cash receipts.
- Must have the ability to work with a variety of students and other employees.
- Must have the ability to work in a team setting with the desire to enhance good working relationships.
- Must have strong customer service, communication skills, and willingness to work with students and other employees.
- Must be flexible, have dependable transportation and willing to work wherever needed.
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required.
- Requires current Food Handler’s Permit. Testing for the health card is online at the King County Department of Health (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)..gov
