Position Description
Master of Science in Organizational Psychology seeks applications for adjunct lecturers for Critical Analysis and Research Methods and Statistics for Organizational Decision‑Making. Additional opportunity is mentoring students in Master’s Theses or Application Projects. EssentialFunctions
- Teach Research Methods and Statistics coursework from the perspective of organizational applications.
- Identify risks to the organization within the department and discuss risk reduction options with the immediate supervisor.
- Collaborate with department faculty in curriculum implementation, student support, and continuous program improvement.
- Guide students in development of their projects.
- Challenge thinking, foster debate and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and thinking, including critical evaluation of peer‑reviewed articles and other published sources.
- Transfer knowledge, including theory, practical skills, methods and techniques in the related field. Help students develop applied research skills.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Doctorate in I/O Psychology or Organizational Behavior (preferred), demonstrated ability to conduct research. Qualified individuals with doctorates in related areas and exceptional candidates with Master’s degrees will be considered.

The following salary range reflects compensation paid for a 3‑unit course (144 total hours) and varies based on the faculty member’s highest earned degree. Total compensation is based on the number of courses taught and corresponding units for each course.
$3,120 to $3,720 per course
