Compensation: $55,000–$90,000 total annual compensation + Performance‑based bonuses
What You’ll Do- Deliver elite‑level personal training and semi‑private coaching sessions
- Coach 4–6 clients per hour in a structured environment
- Create exceptional client experiences that drive retention and results
- Perform fitness and lifestyle assessments
- Adapt exercises based on injuries, limitations, and goals
- Build accountability, trust, and long‑term client relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, high‑touch training floor

- Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED Certification
- Minimum 1 year of personal training experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or CSCS certification preferred
- Semi‑private training experience is a plus
