$1,000 Hiring Bonus – Payable in 2 installments ($500 paid out at 30 and 60 days). Employee must be in good standing to receive payout.

Responsibilities- Assist with the implementation of age‑appropriate curriculum.
- Prepare and organize learning materials.
- Supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth.
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of children at all times.
- Monitor children's progress and development.

- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
- Prior experience with toddler and pre‑school students.
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
- 12 Child Development Units – Required by the State of California.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well‑being and development of young learners.
Starting Pay:
Hourly $17.00 to $21.00, depending on education and experience.
