The Orange County Department of Education is seeking a visionary and collaborative educational leader to serve as Manager, Educational Services within the Multilingual Academic Services team. This is a high-impact leadership role for an individual passionate about transforming outcomes for multilingual learners through innovative systems leadership, professional learning, and educational partnerships. This position provides leadership for countywide initiatives that advance multilingual learner success, biliteracy pathways, instructional excellence, educator capacity building, and equitable educational outcomes.
The Manager will lead strategic partnerships, oversee innovative professional learning systems, support districts in implementing research-based instructional practices, and collaborate across teams to strengthen student achievement and language development.

Bachelor's degree in education, management, communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Five (5) years of educational experience, including two (2) years of administrative experience in a public school setting. Credential: A valid California credential authorizing instruction or service in a public school program. A Valid California Administrative credential.
