  Rebecca Norwood, Director of Expanded Learning and Collaborative Programs
• Current Resume
• Three Letters of Recommendation (dated within 2 years of the job posting, with a wet signature)
• Bachelor's degree (copy of transcripts required)
• California certificate authorizing service as a supervisor of a Child Care Program
• Current American Red Cross First Aid and CPR certificate (may be obtained after appointment)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably with coursework in education, child development, or a related field. A higher degree is desirable.

Three years of experience in an instructional capacity in an Expanded Learning or Child Care program, including at least 5 years in a lead or supervisory role.

Experience working with students with exceptional needs and coordinating support with families and school teams is highly desirable.

• Possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle Operator's License.
