Orange Coast College (OCC) is seeking an equity-minded individual for a classified management role as a Regional Project Director, Career Education and Grants, as part of the Instructional Services Wing, under the Dean of the Technology & Career Technical Education Division.

Orange Coast College's 164-acre campus is located in Costa Mesa, just minutes from Southern California's beautiful beaches, with its main campus in Costa Mesa and a campus in Newport Beach (Waterfront Campus). OCC was founded in 1947 with the mission to serve the educational needs of a diverse local and global community. OCC is a leader in preparing students for transfer and holds the designations of both an HSI and an AANAPISI. The college also offers on-campus residential housing with over 300 apartment units.

About OCC's Technology & CTE Division. About OCC's Career Technical Education
The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Department supports and coordinates Career Education, workforce development, and grant-funded initiatives across the College. It reports to the Dean of Technology and Career Education and works with the Vice President of Instruction, instructional deans, faculty, and campus partners to strengthen Career Education programs, respond to workforce and industry needs, and advance College priorities.
The department coordinates major CTE and workforce funding sources, including Strong Workforce Program and Perkins funds, supporting strategic allocation of resources, project development, implementation, reporting, compliance, and evaluation of funded activities. It also helps connect and coordinate Career Education efforts across the College.
Beyond administration of existing funds, the CTE Department helps identify opportunities and develops projects and funding strategies to address them.
