Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center.
As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
Anduril’s Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) is a division with two missions:
1) build highly capable autonomous drones, and
2) build solid rocket motors transform products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from early concepts into fully operational capabilities by partnering closely with specialist engineering, operations, and production teams.
Through our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team, we design and manufacture solid rocket motors using advanced materials, proprietary formulations, and high-volume production methods—delivering safe, reliable propulsion systems that support a wide range of mission requirements.
TRS hires engineers who are passionate about rapid prototyping and scalability to a full-fledged product line. We are excited to build across a diverse and powerful portfolio—from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors. Our teams contribute to highly capable autonomous robotics systems and propulsion products that operate reliably in the most demanding mission environment.
ABOUT THE JOBDo you like designing things that fly fast, sometimes explode, and make a big (literal and figurative) impact on our world events? We are looking for an Electrical Engineering lead to join the team! TRS focuses on rapid prototyping and iterative development to enable fast deployment of products in support of defense for the US and our allies. Our team is growing with new product concept launches, scalability opportunities, and technology development advancements enabled by our rapid prototyping successes.

- Guide the team through architecture trades, board design, implementation, troubleshooting and validation, supporting system level integration, flight test, and customer deliveries.
- Troubleshoot issues that span the electrical and software boundaries, with solid skills using both lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, etc.) and software debugging tools.
- Work closely with other electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products.
- Work in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments, active deployments, and customer operated hardware.
- Lab-based prototyping / research and development experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex embedded systems and products.
- Demonstrated experience designing and integrating mixed signal circuits.
- Proficiency with Altium or equivalent ECAD tools.
- Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, current-probes, and automation of tests.
- Experience working on products used in extreme environments (aerospace, defense, etc.).
