Dialed Labs designs and manufactures high-performance wellness and recovery equipment — including saunas, cold plunges, oxygen chambers, and red light therapy systems — built to optimize recovery and performance for those who serve and perform at the highest levels.
We’re expanding our team and seeking a hands‑on, detail-oriented Product Development & Field Technician to support our R&D and installation operations. This role is critical in ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets Dialed Labs’ standards of precision, safety, and innovation.
ResponsibilitiesResearch & Development: Assist in testing and refining new recovery products, including oxygen chambers, saunas, ice baths, and red light therapy beds.
Technical Assembly & Setup: Handle setup, calibration, and breakdown of equipment for clients and demonstrations.
Quality Control: Inspect products prior to shipment, ensuring they meet performance and aesthetic standards.
Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues. Provide guidance to customers and internal teams on product function and care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test results, issues, and solutions for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement design updates.
Customer-Facing Support: Occasionally assist with on-site client visits, explaining product features and ensuring a seamless user experience.
QualificationsStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience assembling and maintaining equipment or systems.
Background in R&D, field service, or product testing preferred.
Working knowledge of temperature‑controlled systems, pneumatic components, or electrical circuits a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Must be comfortable working in a hands‑on environment and occasionally lifting or moving equipment.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local client sites as needed.
