We are seeking a driven and experienced Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, specifically focusing on our critical Manufacturing and Production Engineering Operations
. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top‑tier talent across various hardware manufacturing, assembly, and related engineering disciplines to support our fast‑paced, innovative environment. You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for key production, integration, and manufacturing engineering roles, helping to scale our ability to build and deliver advanced defense technology.

• Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to uncover passive and active candidates with expertise in areas such as:
• Electro‑Mechanical Assembly, Integration (Structural/Electro‑Mechanical/Electrical), Avionics, Wire Harnessing, and Mechanical Assembly.
• Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing (e.g., PCBA assembly, test, and rework).
• Manufacturing Engineering (including Design for Manufacturability (DFM), New Product Introduction (NPI), and Test Engineering).
• Specialized Electrical Engineering (e.g., PCBA design) and Firmware Engineering (for manufacturing test and automation).
• Manufacturing Software/Automation Engineering (for factory systems, robotics, and test automation).
• Generalist manufacturing roles with a mix of electrical, mechanical, software, and quality skills.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective manufacturing talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication, effectively conveying Anduril's mission and the impact of our opportunities.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for a diverse range of manufacturing and production engineering roles, ensuring a steady flow of high‑quality talent for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Collaboration: Partner effectively with recruiters to understand specific role requirements, production demands, and align sourcing strategies with broader operational and product development goals.
• Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function.

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles within high‑tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
