Join our engineering team as a Test Engineer and play a critical role in validating and qualifying innovative digital and analog products from concept through production. In this hands‑on, onsite role, you will develop and execute test strategies, design automated test systems and fixtures, perform root cause analysis.

We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving difficult engineering problems, take ownership, and thrive with minimal supervision. This is a hands‑on engineering role onsite where initiative, curiosity, and execution matter as much as technical skills.

• Take ownership of product qualification and validation activities, from planning through execution, with minimal supervision.
• Drive test engineering activities proactively instead of waiting for assignments or detailed instructions.
• Specify, develop, and execute qualification test plans and procedures for new and existing digital and analog products.
• Design, build, debug, and improve automated test systems, test fixtures, and manufacturing test solutions.
• Work closely with Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, and Software Engineering teams during the Design → Build → Test → Learn development cycle.
• Evaluate designs early and provide Design for Test (DFT) recommendations that improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Investigate failures using engineering judgment, identify root causes, and drive issues to closure using factual data.
• Support EVT, DVT, PVT, manufacturing validation, environmental qualification, and production test activities.
• Design efficient, scalable, and standardized test solutions that improve engineering productivity.
• Recommend and implement improvements to test processes, tools, automation, and documentation.
• Develop Python‑based test automation to communicate with DUTs, control laboratory equipment, collect data, and generate reports.
• Prepare complete engineering documentation, including test strategies, procedures, fixture BOMs, software documentation, and validation reports.
• Support overseas contract manufacturers during product introduction and manufacturing.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the organization.
