We are looking for an Electrical Test Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will work closely with avionic, system, and software engineers to create test systems for development, qualification, verification, and validation purposes. WhatYou Will Do
- Create test systems to support all phases of product development
- Build up and test of avionics system components through lab, ground, and flight tests
- Manage concurrent involvement in multiple projects at various stages
- Participate in design reviews and provide input to identify issues and drive design choices
- Conduct root cause analysis in support of vehicle integration and field operations
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years hands on experience in using programming of test software (Python, PXI, cDAQ, cRIO)
- Proficient in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications
- Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, MIL-STD-1553)
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
US Salary Range $129,000 - $171,000 USD
