• You’ll be on a direct path to becoming a Project Manager and gain valuable exposure to project coordination and client management

• Prepare site design plans for commercial land development projects under the direction of a Project Manager
• Develop grading plans, drainage calculations, and utility infrastructure designs
• Coordinate water, sewer, storm drainage, dry utilities, and related improvements
• Review zoning ordinances, development regulations, and agency requirements to identify site development constraints
• Conduct due diligence activities, including utility research, regulatory reviews, and site investigations
• Prepare conceptual site plans and development layouts based on project objectives
• Develop erosion and sediment control plans and supporting calculations
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and municipalities to ensure successful project execution
• Mentor junior engineers on project responsibilities and contribute to team success

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 4+ years of land development experience
• Proficiency with Auto Cad Civil 3D
• Experience with grading, drainage, and utility design for commercial projects
• Working knowledge of relevant regulations and codes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
  Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
