Salary: $90,000 - $124,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on‑site property inspections and document building assets through detailed notes and photos
- Review property records, appraisals, and tax assessments to gather project data
- Analyze purchase documents, invoices, and contractor payment applications to reconcile costs with accounting ledgers
- Prepare detailed building estimates using industry‑standard data and proprietary software
- Draft accurate property descriptions for inclusion in final reports
- Communicate with clients via email and phone to schedule visits and address project inquiries
- Travel approximately 30–40% annually to client locations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction estimating, or similar area of study
- 3+ years of experience in Cost Segregation
- Prior experience or knowledge with construction estimating
- Proficiency with RS Means, Marshall & Swift preferred
