Finance and Business Manager

The Finance and Business Manager will oversee Finance and Insurance operations and support business development initiatives. Responsibilities include sourcing banks and indirect lending, ensuring out-of-state titling and taxes are accurate, selling aftermarket products including warranties, VSCs, PPF, and other services, and analyzing financial data to guide decision-making. The role will also involve working closely with sales teams to ensure smooth financing processes and compliance with regulations.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Costa Mesa, CA.

• Dealer track DMS experience necessary
• Integrated Darwin Menu system experience
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under deadlines
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in the automotive or luxury industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Econtracting and multiple state titling and tax experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and clients
