We're looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team and play a key role in supporting inventory accounting, pricing operations, financial reporting, and business analysis across the organization.

What You'll Do:
  • Support monthly and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis related to inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve pricing, costing, and inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain and support pricing structures, trade agreements, discounts, and costing data within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Help drive accuracy and integrity of inventory, pricing, and financial master data across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels
  • Assist with inventory reconciliations, physical inventories, cycle counts, and variance investigations across multiple locations and partners
  • Analyze inventory activity including transfers, adjustments, reserves, and disposals
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance initiatives through reporting and variance analysis
  • Participate in budget vs. actual discussions with department leaders and provide meaningful financial insights
  • Support internal and external audit requests, SOX compliance activities, and month-end reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to improve financial visibility, operational efficiency, and business performance
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience; public accounting experience is a plus
  • CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP
  • Experience working within ERP systems;
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
