- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly re‑forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
- Build and maintain advanced financial models for scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Perform detailed variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast with actionable insights
- Prepare financial reports, KPIs, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align assumptions and improve forecast accuracy
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support business performance improvements
- Prepare and post month‑end journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure data accuracy
- Support daily cash operations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions as needed
- Oversee consolidated reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Analyze financial performance across regions and subsidiaries, including international operations
- Deliver executive‑level reporting packages with key trends and insights
- Support special projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives
- Identify and implement improvements to FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
- Enhance automation and streamline financial analysis workflows
