As part of the Brand Leadership Team, you will partner with the Brand President and Brand Management team to influence strategic business decisions and provide detailed, unbiased financial analysis for current and future projects and investments. The role involves developing the Brand’s long‑range financial plan, merchandising financial plan, and monitoring business results and key performance metrics such as revenue, gross margin, and operating profit.

• Act as a strategic business partner to the Brand President and planning team for long‑range, annual, and merchandising financial plans.
• Oversee all financial reporting for the brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives and producing accurate SG&A reports for global marketing, product, and administration costs.
• Collaborate with Brand Planning to develop the merchandise financial plan and monitor performance across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Lead pricing and costing throughout the GTM process to maximize gross margin targets.
• Develop the marketing financial plan with Marketing leadership, tracking spend effectiveness and return on value.
• Consult on growth opportunities within the strategic roadmap and evaluate potential investments (new categories, innovation projects, licensing, etc.).
• Partner with the Regional Finance team for review and communication of financial conditions.
• Identify system or process improvements in collaboration with the finance transformation office.
• Ensure proper internal control procedures and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a financial team, fostering high performance and talent development.
• Conduct detailed analyses throughout the business cycle and provide insights to senior leaders.

• 15+ years of related professional experience; 5+ years in a management role within a mid‑ to large‑size consumer goods company.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• Successful experience in financial management and merchandising financial planning, including pricing and costing of goods.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to present to large audiences.
• Proven track record of re‑establishing procedures, implementing processes, and performing ROI analysis.
• Advanced computer skills, including mainframe financial/accounting packages and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Salary Range: $ – $ USD annually. Eligible for additional incentive awards, a sales incentive, commission potential, and a Long‑Term Incentive Plan, details of which will be provided during the recruiting process.
