• 4‑year degree or equivalent professional experience – students please apply to the internship program not to this position.
• Preferred but not required: a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or a related field.
• For career changers, prior successful sales experience a plus.
• Confidence in addressing client objections and navigating challenging conversations.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships.
• Interest in team building and mentoring others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a results‑driven attitude.

First year advisors’ to experienced advisors’ variable performance‑based compensation range: $51,000 to $320,000+ per year (with experienced specialist advisors’ income greatly exceeding this range).
