This portfolio spans cutting-edge AUV programs that are rapidly scaling from development into production. Your primary focus will be tracking and forecasting the cost build-up of hardware programs — understanding how material, labor, and overhead flow through each stage of the product lifecycle and translating that into reliable baselines, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Track actuals against baselines, identify variances, and drive root-cause analysis with program teams
- Support the development and improvement of forecasting workflows in FP&A and ERP tools (Oracle, Hyperion EPM, Foundry)
- Contribute to long-range planning and production rate ramp financial modeling
Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, data integrity, and process efficiency
- 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, program finance, or cost analysis — preferably in an environment that manufactures or integrates hardware
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and carry projects forward with minimal direction - Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting financial narratives and variance explanations to non-finance stakeholders
