We are a growing, multi-state restaurant group headquartered in Costa Mesa, California with 14 locations and an ambitious plan to double our footprint over the next five years
. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full‑cycle recruiting and serve as a strategic hiring advisor to the business as we scale.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments, understands restaurant operations, and enjoys building recruiting infrastructure while still rolling up their sleeves.

What You’ll Do
  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for restaurant management roles
  • Partner closely with operations and leadership to understand workforce needs, forecast hiring, and align talent strategy with growth goals
  • Manage high‑volume hiring for restaurant roles while maintaining quality and speed
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, social platforms, and local market outreach
  • Create and maintain a strong employer brand and candidate experience
  • Lead and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to support scale
  • Ensure compliance with California and multi‑state employment laws and hiring practices
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
  • Restaurant, hospitality, or multi‑site retail recruiting experience required
  • Proven experience hiring at scale across multiple locations and states
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and data‑driven recruiting
  • Knowledge of California employment and hiring regulations strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated or standing) for extended periods of time while working at a computer.
  • Frequent use of a computer, including typing, data entry, and reviewing documents on‑screen.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of files, office supplies, or equipment up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in person, over video, phone, and email.
