• Configure, test, and maintain Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking functional areas
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex payroll, absence, and time tracking issues
• Create and maintain detailed functional documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Manage People Service Center support tickets and provide escalated support for inquiries
• Deliver training to end-users and HR team members

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of experience in an HRIS role with hands-on Workday configuration
• Direct experience configuring and supporting Workday Payroll
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
• Advanced proficiency with standard Windows PC software, including Microsoft Office products

• Experience with Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking
• Familiarity with additional Workday functional areas such as Core HCM and Talent Management
• Knowledge of employee compensation and benefits administration concepts
• Proven ability to achieve high service quality and productivity levels
