POSITIONThe Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides comprehensive HR support across an assigned region, working closely with frontline managers and leadership to help the business achieve its objectives. This role is responsible for executing HR strategies related to talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and project management within the region.
The HRBP aligns HR strategies with field operations, fosters collaborative relationships across the business, and serves as both a strategic advisor and tactical partner to drive organizational success. This role exercises independent judgment, influences without formal authority, and champions Riser Fitness’s culture, purpose, and values.
SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITYThis role primarily functions in an indoor office work environment. The position is sedentary and requires constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, photocopier, and computer printer. The ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time is required. Travel up to 15–20% is required to support regional operations and business needs.
THEDAY-TO-DAY
- Deliver comprehensive and practical HR solutions to field operations, acting as both a strategic and tactical contributor
- Align HR strategies with field operations, providing strong, influential leadership support across multiple locations
- Drive positive team member relations through proactive engagement, roundtable formats, surveys, and market action plans to improve retention and reduce turnover in alignment with company goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage team member relations matters, resolve EEO complaints, oversee investigations, and address grievances
- Coach, counsel, and guide business leaders, managers, and team members to improve behavior and results
- Track, analyze, and communicate key HR metrics; collaborate with leadership to address emerging issues and trends
- Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, 9-box assessments, and talent action plans
- Translate operational procedures into clear written policies
- Facilitate focus meetings and communication forums, presenting information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
- Act as an effective change agent with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
- Manage and execute HR-related projects effectively and in a timely and cost‑effective manner
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
- Perform additional responsibilities or projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, or related field required; MBA, PHR, or SPHR preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR management and/or generalist experience (Preferred)
- Proven ability to support multiple geographically dispersed facilities
