People Systems Specialist - HCM
We are seeking aPeople Systems Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical control and support for HCM systems.
Configure and maintain
Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Onboarding) business processes, executemass data changes through EIBs, and support Workday releases, regression testing, and documentation.
What Youll Do :
You will assistin the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
Helpmaintaindata integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Facilitate routine and ad hoc reporting for management and executives, such as turnover reporting and human capital metrics.
Ensure data analyses areaccurateand peer-reviewed for quality assurance.Youll participateintesting forsystem updates, new releases, integrations, and new functionalities, ensuring quality and compliance.
You will devise and/ormodifymethods and programs to solve complex data reporting needs, also provide technical consulting on complex projects. Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and supporting of Workday releases.
Youllconfigure and maintain
Workday Business functionality including business processes, custom objects, calculated fields, notifications, custom organizations, organizationalhierarchiesand otherconfigurationas needed.You will effectively manage
People Service Centersupporttickets and cases within requiredtimeframesand according to department policy tomaintainservice delivery standards.Complete other duties as assigned by management.
What Youll Need :
Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience required.
1-3yearsexperienceofstrong functional knowledge of Workday HCM.
Experience with EIBs, business processes, calculated fields, and report development.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along withdemonstratedorganizational skills and time management skills required.
Proven ability to achieve high service quality results as well as meet productivity levels required.
Advancedproficiencywith standard Windows PC software including the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project preferred.
Work is performed with only minimal guidance or supervision. Work requires extensive knowledge in Workday, practices, techniques, and methods. Work regularly requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in areas such as:
Experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data
Development of data-driven solutions to complex HR data issues/problems.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$74,500.00 - $99,500.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
