Base pay range$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr
Network Engineer (Active Secret Clearance Required)
Onsite (Orange County + Frequent Travel Required) | Contract to Hire
About the Role- Build network infrastructure (from the ground up) in a military/defense environment
- Evaluate network design and offer recommendations for improvement
- Install, configure, and support equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and encryptors
- Solve complex technical problems with minimal supervision
- Active US Secret security clearance
- 5+ years of experience implementing, administering, and supporting complex networks
- Experience with Special Access Programs, COMSEC, & encryptors
- Experience configuring, tuning, and operating networks on-site
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux
