An experienced Agile Coach who champions Scrum and scaled Agile across teams and the organization. You’ll teach, mentor, and coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders; design and deliver workshops and a coaching framework; and drive continuous improvement so teams deliver higher-value, higher-quality products faster.

What You’ll Do
  • Coach and Teach Scrum — Promote Scrum theory, practices, and rules across multiple products, components, and organizational levels.
  • Design Coaching Frameworks — Create and implement a coaching model, mentorship programs, and experiential learning (workshops, group coaching, Communities of Practice).
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and Leaders — Provide structured one-on-one and group coaching to improve facilitation, servant leadership, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Enable Product Teams — Help Product Owners, Dev Ops, and teams adopt Agile practices, participate effectively in Scrum events, and deliver customer value.
  • Drive Organizational Change — Act as an enterprise coach and change consultant: identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and support implementation.
  • Measure and Improve — Help teams define, analyze, and report metrics that improve quality and productivity over time.
  • Foster Continuous Learning — Promote cross-training, book clubs, hackathons, and other learning activities to raise organizational fluency and performance.
What You’ll Need
  • Education — Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience — 5+ years as a Scrum Master (multi-team experience preferred) and 2+ years as an Agile Coach.
  • Certifications — Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM III) and experience with LeSS or other scaled-Scrum frameworks.
  • Deep Scrum Knowledge — Strong understanding of Scrum theory, values, rules, and scaled implementations.
  • Coaching Skills — High-performance and co-active coaching experience; ability to ask powerful questions, listen, and empower others.
  • Leadership Style — Servant-leader mindset with proven ability to influence at team and organizational levels.
  • Change and Facilitation — Experience designing workshops, facilitating group coaching, and guiding organizational change.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset — Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements and fostering organizational empowerment.
