The Senior Director of Ad Operations & Programmatic Strategy will lead end-to-end media planning, execution, and optimization across Amaze’s DSP and Meta environment. This role owns the operational backbone of paid media while shaping the digital strategy that amplifies the Amaze ecosystem, drives meaningful audience engagement, and delivers against defined KPIs for each initiative.
This leader will also own creative strategy for paid digital, driving the process from inception through execution to ensure all digital assets are purpose‑built for performance. The role requires tight alignment between media strategy, creative development, and landing page experience to deliver cohesive, measurable results across programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead media planning and activation across Amaze DSP platform, Google and Meta environment, aligning channel strategy with business goals and project‑level KPIs
- Translate brand, growth, and program objectives into scalable, data‑driven paid media strategies
- Drive the ongoing digital strategy for amplification of the Amaze ecosystem across paid channels
- Own creative strategy for paid digital programs, defining creative approaches that align with audience insights, platform best practices, and campaign objectives
- Lead the creative process from inception to execution, including concept development, messaging frameworks, and asset requirements
- Partner closely with creative, content, and design teams to guide development of digital assets that are optimized for platform, format, and performance
- Ensure creative assets are aligned with media strategy, targeting, and funnel stage
- Establish creative testing and iteration frameworks to continuously improve engagement and performance
- Oversee full campaign lifecycle management, including setup, trafficking, QA, pacing, and optimization
- Ensure seamless integration between media strategy, creative assets, and landing pages to maximize performance and user experience
- Establish and enforce operational best practices across programmatic and social environments
- Monitor campaign performance daily and lead proactive optimizations across targeting, bidding, creative rotation, and landing page performance
- Analyze creative performance signals and translate insights into clear recommendations for iteration and scale
- Own performance reporting and insights, connecting media and creative performance to business outcomes
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for the Amaze DSP platform, Google, Meta and other recommended platforms, including audience strategy, measurement frameworks, and optimization levers
- Stay current on platform changes, creative formats, privacy considerations, and evolving paid media capabilities
- Partner with analytics and data teams to ensure accurate measurement and attribution
- Act as a senior strategic partner to internal stakeholders, aligning media and creative execution with broader marketing and business initiatives
- Provide guidance and mentorship to ad ops, media, and creative partners as needed
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration to ensure campaigns launch efficiently and scale effectively
- 8+ years of experience in ad operations, programmatic media, or performance marketing, with demonstrated ownership of creative strategy for paid digital
- Deep, hands‑on expertise with DSP platforms and Meta advertising environments
- Proven experience leading creative strategy tied directly to performance outcomes
- Strong understanding of creative formats, messaging frameworks, and landing page optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate performance data into creative and media insights
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Creative strategy, media execution, and landing pages operate as a unified system
- Digital assets are purpose‑built, performance‑driven, and continuously optimized
- Campaigns consistently meet or exceed engagement and conversion KPIs
