We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with experience supporting large-scale mainframe to cloud migration initiatives. This role focuses on driving execution across cloud transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery in fast-paced environments. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with a solid understanding of cloud technologies and software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support mainframe to cloud migration programs, ensuring successful planning and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive program execution with a strong focus on timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Manage risks, escalations, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate meetings, provide status updates, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
  • Support operational activities such as system upgrades, maintenance windows, and incident tracking.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Service Now, and Kanban boards for tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with client-facing and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing or supporting mainframe to cloud migration programs as a Technical Project or Program Manager.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud technologies, and software engineering concepts.
  • Experience supporting open-source and cloud-based application environments.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage escalations.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Service Now, Kanban, and ITSM frameworks.
  • Experience in operations support, including upgrades, maintenance, and ticket management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
