Position: Help Desk Analyst: POS & Enterprise Support (Level 1)

Irvine Technology Corporation is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a contract role based in Costa Mesa, CA. The successful candidate will provide Level 1 technical support to more than 2,000 end users across various platforms, including phone, email, and MS Teams.

The ideal applicant will have 3-5 years of help desk experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems like Oracle Symphony. This position offers hourly compensation of $25-$28 and has the potential for extension.
