IT Technician, Classified Programs

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company building AI-powered military systems. This IT Technician role supports classified programs by maintaining critical classified infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring security compliance across air-gapped systems.

• Provide first and second tier IT support to Anduril employees across classified systems
• Install, operate, maintain and troubleshoot air-gapped classified IT systems with various operating systems and hardware
• Perform security hardening of systems using DISA STIGs and security best practices
• Write instructional documentation and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Manage system re-imaging, account maintenance, monitoring, and on-call on-site support according to a predefined schedule

• DoD approved 8570/8140 baseline certification (Security+, CySA+, CISSP, or equivalent)
• Advanced administrator skills in at least one of:
  Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows (10, 11, Server 2019, 2022), VMware VxRail, Azure, or AWS
• Experience building, deploying and troubleshooting air-gapped IT systems
• Hands-on experience with physical hardware including servers, cabling, desktops, laptops, phones, and tablets
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, Linux KVM, Hyper‑V, and Kubernetes
• Must possess and be able to maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security clearance

• Previous support to classified IT systems
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python to automate tasks
• Low voltage cabling experience
• Experience with software including secure print/scan, Sentris, Pitbull, VoIP, Git Lab, Microsoft SQL, Postgres, and WSUS
• Experience troubleshooting applications and managing Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Account maintenance experience with Active Directory/CRM
