Sofia University is seeking a Desktop/Helpdesk Support Technician to join the IT support team at our Costa Mesa campus. You will be the first point of contact, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in person or remotely.
Responsibilities include installing and maintaining classroom tech, troubleshooting problems, and documenting resolutions. Weekend/evening work may be required as part of offering strong support to students and staff.
