Claims Workforce Management Analyst

• Create and maintain real-time Claims Volume Reports to monitor trends and workload distribution
• Manage Workforce Management tools to ensure compliance with staffing requirements
• Adjust administrative functions in Claims Center based on claim volume and unit calendars
• Negotiate settlements with insureds and claimants to resolve claims efficiently
• Collaborate with internal and external departments as necessary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Claims operations or a similar business unit
• Proficiency in Claims Center and Microsoft Office software products
• Knowledge of fault assessment, negligence, and subrogation principles
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in analytics related to claims operations
• Familiarity with claims administration best practices and procedures
• Prior experience with claims technology and tools
