Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year.

- Represent landlords and tenants in habitability disputes.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of pertinent case law, statutes, legal articles, codes, and other relevant materials.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents, including leases, eviction notices, and settlement agreements.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve habitability disputes in the most favorable manner for our clients.
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar.
- 2+ years of experience in litigation and depositions.
- Background in residential and commercial landlord-tenant habitability, premises liability, and/or automobile accidents.
