Company Description We are a nationally established civil litigation defense firm with a strong presence across California and other major U.S. markets. The firm represents developers, contractors, and design professionals in complex litigation matters and provides associates with meaningful case responsibility and long-term growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

• Handle all aspects of construction defect litigation from inception through resolution
• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend court hearings and participate in site inspections
• Assist with mediation, arbitration, and case strategy
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 2+ years with prior construction defect litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills

• Base salary $125,000–$185,000 plus performance-based bonus
