General Liability Associate

Location: Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco

We are a nationally established civil litigation defense firm with a strong presence across California and other major U.S. markets. The firm represents developers, contractors, and design professionals in complex litigation matters and provides associates with meaningful case responsibility and long-term growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

• Manage written discovery, including drafting, responding to discovery requests, and handling related motions
• Prepare meet and confer correspondence
• Take and defend depositions; attend site inspections and witness interviews
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Assist with case evaluation, risk assessment, and litigation strategy
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience
• Experience in premises liability litigation preferred

• Base salary $125,000–$185,000 plus performance-based bonus
