Senior Negotiator - Costa Mesa
We are working with a well-respected Personal Injury Law firm in Costa Mesa seeking a Senior Negotiator. As a Senior Negotiator you will leverage your legal expertise, negotiation skills, and knowledge of personal injury law to ensure fair outcomes.
What we’re looking for:- 5+ years of experience
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Expertise in personal injury law and insurance policies
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to assess risk and maximize settlement values.
- Reviewcasefiles,evidence,andlegaldocumentstodeterminesettlementvalue.
- Draft and review settlement offers, counteroffers, and final agreements.
- Develop negotiation plans for each case and negotiate directly with insurance adjusters on behalf of clients for the highest settlements possible.
- Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to strengthen case arguments.
- Communicate with clients regarding their settlement or if needed the reasons for litigation.
- Negotiate $1+ million settlements.
- $80K+ DOE
