Location: Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, or San Francisco

We are a nationally established civil litigation defense firm with a strong presence across California and other major U.S. markets. The firm represents developers, contractors, and design professionals in complex litigation matters and provides associates with meaningful case responsibility and long-term growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

• Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
• Manage complex discovery matters and evidentiary objections
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and insurance carriers
• Provide timely and accurate reporting in compliance with case management guidelines
• Assist with case evaluation, motion practice, and trial preparation

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 2+ years of insurance defense experience
• Experience in premises liability litigation preferred

• Base salary $125,000–$180,000 plus performance-based bonus
