Our prestigious law firm is seeking an accomplished and motivated Permanent Associate Attorney with a strong background in litigation. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who is looking to develop their career in a supportive, innovative, and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, working directly with clients, and providing top-tier legal services.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial execution.
2. Managing a diverse caseload of moderate to high complexity litigation matters.
3. Collaborating with senior attorneys to devise litigation strategies and develop case theories.
4. Researching and analyzing intricate legal issues and writing analytical memos for the team.
5. Representing clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
6. Providing timely updates to clients and maintaining a high level of client service.
7. Participating in business development efforts, including networking events and client meetings.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting. Warranty Defense or Lemon Law Experience a plus
- Knowledge of automobiles a plus
3. Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
7. Proven track record of representing clients in court and achieving favorable results.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
