Associate Attorney

Prestigious 55 year civil litigation firm is seeking an associate with 0-5 years of experience to join our growing team of litigators. Law firm provides a great environment and working atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

· Independently handle court appearances, depositions and briefs

· Work as part of a team with all levels of experience

· Participation in trial preparation and trial

Requirements:

· Must be licensed to practice law in California

· 0-5 years of litigation experience, specifically with litigation support, deposition and case preparation

· Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery, law and motion, settlement negotiations and trial preparation

Compensation commensurate with experience.
