About the Opportunity
A well-established plaintiff-side firm is hiring Litigation Attorneys to join a growing practice handling high-stakes matters for sophisticated clients.
This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy litigation, want trial exposure, and are ready to step away from billable-hour pressure while still earning top-of-market compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documentation
- Handle healthcare-related litigation matters on the plaintiff/provider side
- Work on reimbursement, managed care, and payor dispute cases
Qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Nice to have medical malpractice experience.

Exposure to healthcare, managed care, reimbursement, or payor-related matters
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
